United States United StatesI bought this CVT cooler at a great discount during a spring clean-up sale. The product shipped and was delivered fairly quickly within about 6 days of ordering. It came in a nicely packaged box that protected the cooler itself- however, my kit was missing the 3 extended bolts needed to install the ETL plate onto the transmission. Slight inconvenience as their offices were closed for the weekend and I already had my car apart. I just took the stock bolts to my local parts store to find the threads and buy new extended bolts. The cooler itself greatly reduces the temperatures of my transmission. As another review mentioned, the cooler drops the transmission temperature by ~30 degrees Fahrenheit, during daily driving and spirited driving. I can now push my car for longer periods of time without worrying as much about overheating the transmission.
United StatesI received the product within a week but unfortunately it was and is still missing three bolts that are needed to fix the cooler to the transmission. I’ve tried contacting support twice and it’s been about two weeks since the first time I tried. Hopefully this review gets some attention and this can be sorted out. I’d love to try the product out and give it a genuine review but this will have to do for the time being.
The seller sold and sent me a previous returned of an unhappy customer. The cooler was missing bolts and nuts, has signs of tear and wear. I couldn't install because of if and because it was to wide to fit in front of my PRL Cold Intake. Luckily I opened a claim through PayPal to get my money back guaranteed full refund because that Jamie Wise will never answer phone calls or email you back. Be careful, I don't recommend buying from this company at all due to the lack of integrity, honesty and communication with the customer.
